We are looking for a Front Office Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Front Office Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店前厅部经理,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Oversee daily operations of the front office, including check-in, check-out, concierge, and information services, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery.
负责前厅部日常运营,包括入住登记、退房结算、礼宾及问询服务,确保服务高效统一。
2、Manage and lead the front office team, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and motivating staff to meet service standards.
管理并领导前厅团队,包括排班、绩效评估,激励员工达成服务标准。
3、Resolve complex guest complaints or special requests promptly, maintaining high guest satisfaction and handling escalations as needed.
及时处理复杂宾客投诉或特殊需求,维持高宾客满意度,必要时处理升级问题。
4、Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B, engineering) to ensure seamless guest experiences, especially during peak periods.
与其他部门(如客房、餐饮、工程)协调,确保宾客体验连贯,尤其在高峰期。
5、Monitor front office financial operations, including cash handling, billing accuracy, and adherence to revenue management policies.
监督前厅财务操作,包括现金管理、账单准确性及执行收益管理政策。
6、Develop and implement front office service procedures, conducting regular training to enhance team skills (e.g., communication, problem-solving).
制定并执行前厅服务流程,定期开展培训以提升团队技能(如沟通、问题解决)。
7、Analyze front office performance data (e.g., occupancy rates, guest feedback) and report to senior management, proposing improvements.
分析前厅绩效数据(如入住率、宾客反馈),向高层汇报并提出改进建议。
8、Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws (e.g., registration requirements, data privacy).
确保遵守酒店政策、安全规定及当地法规(如登记要求、数据隐私)。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
本科及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游等相关专业优先。
2、At least 5 years of front office experience in international chain hotels, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
5年以上国际联号酒店前厅工作经验,其中2年以上管理或监督经验。
3、Fluent in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
英语听说读写流利,掌握第二外语者优先。
4、Proficient in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
熟练操作酒店 PMS 系统(如 Opera)及微软办公软件。
5、Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach staff and drive performance.
具备较强领导力及团队管理能力,能指导员工并推动绩效提升。
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
出色的沟通及人际交往能力,能与宾客、员工及相关方有效协作。
7、Strong problem-solving abilities and stress tolerance, able to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies calmly.
具备较强问题解决能力及抗压性,能冷静应对高压场景及突发事件。
8、In-depth knowledge of front office operations, hotel service standards, and local hospitality industry regulations.
深入了解前厅运营、酒店服务标准及当地行业法规。
