行政管家 Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper with following duties and requirements:

As an Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to:
作为酒店行政管家，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, fitness center, and spa center, including guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, fitness facility upkeep, and spa service delivery, ensuring compliance with hotel service standards.
负责客房部、健身中心及水疗中心的日常运营，包括客房清洁、公共区域维护、健身设施保养及水疗服务开展，确保符合酒店服务标准。
2、Manage and lead cross-functional teams (e.g., room attendants, public area cleaners, fitness instructors, spa therapists), including scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and providing skill training.
管理并领导跨职能团队（如客房服务员、公区保洁员、健身教练、水疗技师），包括排班、绩效评估及技能培训。
3、Monitor quality of guest room cleanliness, fitness/spa facility maintenance, and service delivery; conduct regular inspections and follow up on issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
监控客房清洁质量、健身/水疗设施维护状况及服务水准，定期检查并及时跟进问题，保障宾客满意度。
4、Coordinate with front office, engineering, and F&B departments to ensure seamless experiences—e.g., timely room readiness, fitness equipment repairs, spa booking alignment—and resolve cross-departmental issues.
与前厅、工程、餐饮等部门协调，确保服务连贯（如客房及时就绪、健身设备维修、水疗预约衔接），解决跨部门问题。
5、Manage inventory for housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, fitness consumables, and spa products; control procurement costs and optimize stock levels to avoid waste or shortages.
管理客房清洁用品、布草、客用备品、健身耗材及水疗产品的库存，控制采购成本，优化库存水平以避免浪费或短缺。
6、Develop and update SOPs for housekeeping, fitness, and spa operations; ensure staff adherence and continuously improve service efficiency.
制定并更新客房、健身及水疗运营的标准操作流程（SOP），确保员工严格执行，持续提升服务效率。
7、Handle guest complaints related to room cleanliness, fitness/spa facilities or services; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
处理宾客关于客房清洁、健身/水疗设施或服务的投诉，调查根源并采取纠正措施，防止问题重复发生。
8、Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas (e.g., disinfection protocols, fitness equipment safety, spa sanitation) and conduct regular staff briefings.
确保所有区域（客房、健身、水疗）遵守健康、安全及卫生法规（如消毒流程、健身设备安全、水疗卫生标准），定期向员工宣贯相关要求。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、College degree or above, with major in Hospitality Management, Wellness Management, or related fields preferred.
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、健康管理等相关专业优先。
2、At least 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing housekeeping, fitness, and spa operations.
5年以上酒店客房部工作经验，其中2年以上管理经验，需负责过客房、健身及水疗中心运营。
3、Fluent in English; proficiency in local language and additional foreign languages is a plus.
英语听说读写流利，熟练掌握当地语言及其他外语者优先。
4、Proficient in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera), housekeeping management systems, and fitness/spa booking software; familiar with inventory control and cost management.
熟练操作酒店 PMS 系统（如 Opera）、客房管理系统及健身 / 水疗预约软件，熟悉库存控制及成本管理。
5、Strong leadership and team development skills, able to motivate diverse teams (housekeeping, fitness, spa) and foster a positive work culture.
具备较强领导力及团队建设能力，能激励多元团队（客房、健身、水疗）并营造积极工作氛围。
6、Keen attention to detail, with a proven track record in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, fitness facility safety, and spa service quality.
注重细节，在维持高清洁度、健身设施安全及水疗服务质量方面有良好记录。
7、Excellent problem-solving abilities and stress tolerance, able to handle peak periods and emergencies (e.g., equipment malfunctions, guest safety incidents) efficiently.
具备出色的问题解决能力及抗压性，能高效应对高峰期及突发事件（如设备故障、宾客安全事件）。
8、In-depth knowledge of hospitality hygiene standards, local health regulations, and best practices for fitness/spa operations (e.g., equipment maintenance, treatment protocols).
深入了解酒店卫生标准、当地健康法规及健身/水疗运营最佳实践（如设备保养、护理流程）。
