We are looking for a Training Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As a Training Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店培训主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Based on Shangri-La Group standards and hotel goals, formulate annual training plans and coordinate the implementation of service and skill training for all departments.
依据香格里拉集团标准及酒店目标,制定年度培训计划,统筹各部门服务及技能培训实施。
2、Lead the implementation of training on group culture and service philosophy to ensure employees accurately understand and effectively practice them in work.
主导集团文化与服务理念的培训落地,确保员工准确理解并在工作中有效践行。
3、Track training effects, evaluate results through guest feedback and performance data, and optimize the training system in accordance with group requirements.
跟踪培训效果,通过宾客反馈及绩效数据评估成效,按集团要求优化培训体系。
4、Manage group training resources, coordinate internal and external trainers, and ensure the standardized delivery of group-certified courses.
管理集团培训资源,协调内外部讲师,确保集团认证课程的规范交付。
5、Assist in establishing employees' career development paths, and organize promotion training and skill further education in conjunction with the group's talent development plan.
协助建立员工职业发展路径,结合集团人才培养计划,组织晋升培训与技能深造。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in hotel management or human resources, with more than 3 years of training experience in high-end hotels; those familiar with Shangri-La Group operations are preferred.
本科及以上学历,酒店管理或人力资源相关专业,3年以上高端酒店培训经验,熟悉香格里拉集团运营者优先。
2、In-depth understanding of Shangri-La service standards and cultural system.
深入理解香格里拉服务标准与文化体系。
3、Excellent bilingual communication and expression skills, able to smoothly conduct English teaching.
优秀的双语(中英)沟通与表达能力,能流畅开展英文授课。
4、Master modern training tools and methods.
掌握现代培训工具与方法。
5、Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to efficiently link various departments to achieve group training indicators.
具备较强的组织协调能力,能高效联动各部门落实集团培训指标。
6、Have a strong sense of service and team spirit, and adapt to the rapid development rhythm of the group.
拥有强烈的服务意识与团队协作精神,适应集团快速发展节奏。
