As a Chef de Partie , we rely on you to:
作为酒店厨师主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Supervise daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring product quality, consistency, and timely production
负责饼房日常运营管理,确保出品质量稳定、标准统一并按时完成生产
2、Plan menus, control costs, and manage inventory, including ingredient ordering and receiving
制定菜单计划,控制成本并管理库存,包括原材料订购与收货
3、Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
带领并培训饼房团队,同时确保严格执行卫生及食品安全标准
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、 Solid pastry skills with experience in bakery or pastry kitchen supervision preferred
具备扎实的西点制作技能,有饼房管理经验者优先
2、Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and food safety standards
了解成本控制、库存管理及食品安全相关规范
3、Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
具备良好的领导能力和沟通能力,能在压力下高效工作
