As a Front Desk Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店前台主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Be responsible for daily front office service processes such as reception, check-in and check-out, and inquiries to ensure compliance with hotel standards, and promptly correct irregular operations.
负责前厅日常接待、入住退房、问询等服务流程,确保符合酒店标准,及时纠正不规范操作。
2、Guide front office team members in their work, organize service skill training, and improve the team's quality and efficiency of customer service.
指导前厅团队成员开展工作,组织服务技能培训,提升团队对客服务质量与效率。
3、Handle guests' complaints and special needs during their stay, coordinate relevant departments to solve problems, record the handling results and give feedback.
处理客人在入住期间的投诉及特殊需求,协调相关部门解决问题,记录处理结果并反馈。
4、Inspect the operation status of front office equipment and facilities (such as front desk systems, walkie-talkies, etc.), report faults in a timely manner and follow up.
检查前厅设备设施(如前台系统、对讲机等)的运行状况,发现故障及时报修并跟进。
5、Daily summary of front office operation data (such as occupancy rate, room status, etc.), sort out reports and submit them to the front office leader.
每日汇总前厅运营数据(如入住率、房态等),整理报表并提交至前厅部负责人。
6、Assist in implementing daily affairs such as front office scheduling adjustment and material supply to ensure the orderly development of front office work.
协助落实前厅排班调整、物料补给等日常事务,确保前厅工作有序开展。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、College degree or above, major in hotel management is preferred, with more than 2 years of hotel front office service and management experience.
大专及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业优先,2 年以上酒店前厅服务及管理经验。
2、Familiar with hotel front office operation procedures and reservation systems, and proficient in handling basic businesses such as check-in registration and room status management.
熟悉酒店前厅操作流程及预订系统,能熟练处理入住登记、房态管理等基础业务。
3、Good team management ability, able to effectively guide subordinates' work and coordinate internal team cooperation.
具备良好的团队管理能力,能有效指导下属工作,协调团队内部协作。
4、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently handle inquiries and service needs of foreign guests.
英语听说读写流利,可独立处理涉外客人的咨询及服务需求。
5、Strong communication and adaptability, able to quickly respond to guests' demands and properly handle unexpected situations in service.
拥有较强的沟通应变能力,能快速响应客人诉求,妥善处理服务中的突发情况。
6、Meticulous and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work.
工作细致严谨,责任心强,能适应轮班制。
