IT实习生 Trainee(实习)

We are looking for a Trainee with following duties and requirements:

As a Trainee, we rely on you to:
作为酒店IT实习生，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、 Provide basic IT support for hotel systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
为酒店系统提供基础IT支持，包括软硬件问题的排查与处理
2、Assist in maintaining IT equipment such as computers, printers, and network devices
协助维护电脑、打印机及网络设备等IT设施
3、Support daily IT operations, including system updates, user account setup, and technical documentation
协助日常IT运维工作，包括系统更新、账号设置及技术文档整理
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common office software
具备计算机系统、网络及常用办公软件的基础知识
2、Strong willingness to learn, with good problem-solving and communication skills
学习意愿强，具备良好的问题解决能力和沟通能力
3、Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的团队合作能力
