直接向楼层主管汇报，楼层服务员负责客房，住客房卫生清洁及物品补充，按照酒店程序和标准操作给所有客人提供舒适的环境。
Reporting directly to the Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and supplying of guest rooms, residences and the comfort of all guests as set by the hotel procedures and standards.
