Floor Attendant 楼层服务员

Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas
负责所分配的客房和服务区域的整洁
2. Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures
按照程序和标准打扫和补充客房用品
3. Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request
尽可能地为客人提供帮助,回应客人的要求
4. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Team Leader如发现有布草,家具,固定物或装置的丢失或损坏的情况，及时向楼层主管汇报。
5. Provide turndown service when evening
晚间提供开夜床服务
6. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
完成上级交待的其它任务
Qualifications岗位要求:
1. Minimum high school and skill training school education
高中及以上学历
2. Experience preferred but not necessary
具有相关工作经验者优先考虑
3. Able to handle and manage heavy loads.
