Lead Cleaning, Security, Pest control and landscaping Management team on a client site.
Develop and implement the annual management plan
Take fire-fighting measures and organising fire evacuation drills and training
Comply faithfully with security and fire-fighting regulation issued by government.
Ensure client satisfaction especially boarding room housekeeping service（including laundry）
Provides good working environment according to user's requirements
Accomplish key performance indicators as agreed with the client.
Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
Prepare monthly analysis of the workload of service team cleaning material cost
Update Health, safety and fire workplace inspection check list and first aide, fire marshal
Hotel housekeeping management experience
Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
Good written and oral communication skills
Good command of English
