Job Responsibilities
工作职责
Manage Direct Digital Channels
管理直销数字渠道
Formulate and implement strategies to increase hotel online traffic via direct channels
制定并落地直销渠道引流策略,提升酒店线上流量
Optimize content on IHG official website, APP and HCM platform to improve search ranking and conversion
优化洲际官网、APP 及 HCM 平台内容,提升搜索曝光与预订转化
Keep all IHG WeChat mini-programs updated and promote internal and external usage
及时更新洲际各类微信小程序内容,推动内外高效使用
Operate IHG WeChat mall, develop hotel packages, manage product shelf, orders and redemption
运营微信商城,联合部门打造售卖套餐,负责产品上下架、订单及核销
Operate private domain traffic groups and conduct regular performance analysis
运营私域粉丝社群,定期完成渠道业绩复盘
Follow annual group marketing activities, participate in digital marketing projects and optimize promotion keywords
跟进集团年度营销活动,参与线上营销项目,优化推广关键词
Arrange self-funded paid ads and launch joint online campaigns with regional and sister hotels
投放自营线上付费推广,联动区域及同集团酒店开展联合营销
Manage Third-Party Digital Channels
管理第三方数字渠道
Operate mainstream OTA platforms to expand online guest sources
运营携程、美团、飞猪等主流 OTA 渠道,拓展线上客源
Conduct regular channel business reviews and improve platform quality scores
定期对接渠道复盘业务,提升店铺平台质量评分
Timely update channel information, standardize online review management
及时更新渠道展示信息,建立完善线上宾客评价管理
Strictly implement group rate parity rules and ensure stable room rate & inventory connection
严格执行集团价格统一政策,保障渠道房态房价正常直连
Operate Douyin, Xiaohongshu and other content platforms, cooperate with influencers for marketing content
运营抖音、小红书等内容平台,对接达人打造直播、短视频营销内容
Manage local lifestyle platforms, launch catering products and maintain store reputation
运营本地生活平台,上架餐饮产品,维护门店线上口碑
Insights & Data Analysis
商务洞察与数据分析
Submit monthly and quarterly omni-channel performance reports, reviews and business forecasts
提交月度、季度全渠道数据报表、业绩总结及业务预测
Conduct regular competitor research to maintain market competitive advantages
定期开展竞品调研,稳固酒店市场竞争优势
Learn industry advanced operation modes and explore new online development opportunities
借鉴行业优秀运营经验,挖掘线上运营新增量机会
Qualifications 任职资格
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, prior experience in high-star hotel digital marketing is preferred.
2 年及以上相关工作经验,有高星级酒店数字营销从业经验者优先。
Have in-depth knowledge of hotel and service industry development trend and operation mode.
深入了解酒店及服务行业业态与运营模式。
Proficient in operation of hotel direct sales channels and mainstream OTA platforms.
熟悉酒店直销渠道及各大 OTA 平台运营。
Skilled in content operation, guest review management, price control and private domain traffic operation.
擅长内容运营、客评维护、价格管控及私域流量运营。
Capable of data analysis, competitor research and independent marketing plan formulation.
具备数据分析、竞品调研能力,可独立制定线上营销方案。
Good communication, coordination and execution ability, with professional marketing awareness.
沟通协调与执行力良好,具备专业营销思维。
