DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determinedlocations.
负责将客人安全送达所有指定地点。
Create guest satisfaction through a pleasing personality,effective communication skills and should be first to greet the guest as pertime of the day.
凭借令人愉快的性格和有效的沟通技巧取得客户的满意，并且首先与客人打招呼。
Maintain good knowledge of the city routes locations andhotel facilities.
熟知城市路线、地点和酒店设施。
Maintain knowledge of flight timings and assist guest inhandling and loading baggage whenever required.
知晓航班时间，并按客人要求协助其处理和装载行李。
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and be wellgroomed and well-dressed at all times.
保持个人卫生， 随时保持个人形象和穿着整洁。
Do utmost to learn names of guests, especially repeat andlong staying guests remaining alert to situations to offer assistance.
尽力熟知客人的名字，特别是回头客和长住客，注意观察情况以向客人提供协助。
Assist in valet parking when not assigned any duty.
在没有工作任务时协助代客泊车。
Maintain detailed knowledge of facilities and services of thehotel and use this knowledge to promote the hotel to guests.
熟知酒店设施和服务情况，并以此向客人推销酒店。
Keep abreast of activities in your city which may affectdriving times or routes and relay this to management.
了解所在城市的活动，如发现可能影响驾驶时间或路线的情况应向管理层汇报。
Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the car usedfor guest transfer and assist with maintaining vehicles to hotel presentationstandards.
负责载客车辆的保养和清洁，并按照酒店形象标准对车辆进行维护。
QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Required Skills – 工作技能
Efficientcommunication with Concierge and to meet all transfer needs of guests and hotelexecutives.
与礼宾部保持良好的沟通，及时有效完成内外部的用车需求。
Validdriver’s license required for Hotel van and car.
符合酒店车辆的有效驾驶证件。
Gooddriving skill and no incident record.
良好的驾驶技能和无事故记录。
Apassion for High level of customer service
高标准和热为客人服务。
Qualifications – 证书
A1Driving Licence
A1驾照
5years driving experience and 6 months experience in guest service or customerservice, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
具有5年以上驾驶经验和6个月及以上对客服务经验或相关专业教育。
