Onsibilities工作职责
Dormitory Manager responsible for the team member residence day-to-dayoperations.
协助员工宿舍经理负责员工宿舍的日常管理工作。
Dormitory Manager Establish a system to strength the cleaning and security inteam member residence.
协助员工宿舍经理建立卫生及安全检查制度来确保宿舍的卫生和宿舍服务员的日常工作。
Maintaineffective communication with live-in team members, to improve the service inaccordance with team member’s opinions and suggestions.
能与入住员工宿舍的员工保持良好的沟通渠道,能针对员工提出的意见或建议进行合理的积极的分析和反馈并能采取措施给予落实。
Conducttraining and assistance to dormitory attendant in order to improveperformance and work quality.
给予员工速速额服务员必要的工作(岗位)培训及帮助,能让员工保持良好的工作状态和工作质量。
Initiativelymonitor & ensure operation in each part of Dormitory maintainssmoothly.
积极、主动地推动、监管员工宿舍所有区域之各项工作正常持续之运作。
Resolvethe problem of facility and equipment in Dormitory swiftly, follow upfeedback & suggestion effective.
迅速解决宿舍区域的设备、设施故障及持续有效跟进员工关于公寓管理的反馈和建议。
Assistresolve defects of facility and equipment in Lockers, Dormitory.
积极协助人力资源部解决员工更衣室、员工宿舍设施/设备的故障。
Ensuresinformation of Dormitory & Lockers keep up-dated and accurate.
随时更新电脑中有关员工宿舍和员工更衣室的信息,并确保信息准确。
Ensuresdormitory attendant control, Distribute, collect the keys of Dormitory properly.
督导宿舍服务员妥善保管员工宿舍钥匙,有效的管理钥匙的分发,回收和复制。
Ensuresfacility and equipment Dormitory Match up with standard ofGovernment/ Country.
确保员工宿舍使用的任何设备及时参加并通过当地政府/国家的检验/审查。
Managefacility inside & outside of recreation room, ensures first aids box &recreation tools in Employee Residence sufficient and brand-new.
管理员工活动室内外设施,确保员工宿舍办公室内租用设施以及急救箱的补给和更新。
Arrangetechnician take record of usage of water and electricity in Employee Residence,submit the record to Finance and owner on time.
安排人员每月按时抄、报宿舍水电记录于财务部和业主方。
Handlecheck in & check out procedure for new hire, transfer and resignation.
安排新进员工、员工调动、员工离职的员工宿舍入住及退宿。
Any other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
完成上级布置的其它工作。
RequiredSkills 技能要求

基本技能:具备管理能力;良好的沟通能力;注重细节、效率及准确性,良好的组织能力和执行力;是一个清晰的思考者,能保持冷静,使用良好的判断力去解决问题;熟悉服务技能;始终遵循指示;了解客人服务需求;作为团队中的一员,能很好的与同事进行团队合作;能独立并自觉的完成工作;对客人信息及酒店相关数据保密;对行业有足够的了解。
Technical Skills: Computerliterate and familiarity with databases and spreadsheets for data analysis.
专业技能:良好的计算机操作能力,熟悉数据库和电子表格里面的数据分析。
Qualifications 学历
High school qualification andabove is preferred.
高中及以上学历。
Experience 经历
Minimum One years’experience in a Supervisory role in a hotel/resort, preferably in a luxury orultra-luxury environment.
至少一年酒店相关管理工作经验,做过奢华品牌酒店的优先考虑。
