职位简介
Future Leader Aspire participants will rotate through each hotel department and complete online learning, understanding the broader hotel eco-system and drivers that impact financial performance, colleague engagement and the guest experience. They will be delegated responsibilities and duties as part of their programme’s rotation in the chosen area of specialization.

•Possess basic level of English language (written and spoken)

•You’ll have the right to work – residency permit or passport
•您必须有资格在当地工作(拥有居住许可证或护照)
•Have a hospitality degree from college or bachelor’s degree and 6 months hospitality
experience including internship (supervisory preferred)
拥有大学学历,并具备至少6个月的酒店业工作/实习经验(主管经验将获优先考虑)
