1、遇到投诉或问题,如果不能立即找到解决问题的方法,则向领班/副理汇报;

2、确保持续高水平的对客服务;
Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
3、遵守酒店有关客房部的政策及程序;
Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping.
4、遵守房务部定立的系统及程序;
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Rooms Division.
5、日对客房的清洁和服务都达到凯悦品牌的标准;
Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms ensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt Brand Standards.
6、负责储存、发放和提供布草、洗衣及客衣;
Stores, issues and maintains supplies, house linen and laundry, guest laundry.
7、分拣、清点、折叠、标注及搬运布草;
Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
8、补充用品,如水杯及书写用具;
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
9、根据安排,对地面进行打扫、擦洗及吸尘;
Sweeps, scrubs, and vacuums floor as assigned.
10、清洁地毯、布艺家具及窗帘;
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
11、倒空垃圾桶及清洁烟灰缸;
Empties wastebaskets, empties and cleans ashtrays.
12、将垃圾运到垃圾处理区域;
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
13、补充浴室用品;
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
