Assists Director of
Human Resources in guiding management to accurately and fairly implement
appropriate Human Resources Policies & Procedures.

Ensures that an
organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all personnel records.

Ensures all employment
practices are in keeping with local legislation.

Ensures the timely and
confidential management of associate data.
确保对于员工的档案资料进行及时并保密地管理。
Liaises with insurance
providers to ensure proper management of associate work accidents.
与保险专员保持联系以确保对于员工工伤的恰当管理。
Liaises with the local
Labour authority for all related matters.
对于所有相关事宜与当地劳资机构保持联系。
Ensures that Job
Descriptions/ Job Specifications are regularly updated.
确保岗位职责描述能够得到常规的更新。
Prepares for approval
recruitment advertisements that reinforces the corporate identity, projects a
professional image and is used as a last resort.
准备酒店的招聘资料,使其能够加强宣传本酒店的特性、计划以及专业的企业形象。
Produces on monthly
basis the Human Resources Report and Manning Report and ensures the Hotel
adheres to approved staffing levels, job titles and organisation structure in
accordance with hotel budget and payroll objectives.
做好月度人力资源及人事报表以确保员工级别、职位及人事架构能够符合酒店的预算及薪资目标。
Assists Director of
Human Resources in the management of hotel Payroll and Productivity goals.
协助人力资源部总监管理酒店的薪资与生产力目标。
Oversees the
management of the local associate insurance programmes.
监督对于员工的相关保险流程的管理。
Assists in the
management of leave liability in accordance with established policy.
按照既定的政策和标准协助管理假期制度的运作。
Focuses attention on
improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/ payroll
costs within acceptable guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment and energy
efficiency of all equipment.
关注酒店提升的生产力水平,并按照可接受的指导方案来管理薪资成本以确保所有设施能够按照最合理及最有效的方式运作。
Effectively communicates
core values and behavioural standards to all levels of associates.
对于酒店制定的核心价值观及行为标准与所有级别的员工进行有效的沟通。
Ensures associates
have a complete understanding of Rules & Regulations, and that behaviour
complies.
确保所有员工能够完全理解酒店的各种规章制度,并能按规定实施其行为。
Handles guest and associate
enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems
if no immediate solution can be found.
礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求,遇到投诉或问题,如不能马上找到解决办法,要向上级报告。
Is actively involved
in the welfare, safety, development and well-being of associates providing
advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.
积极参与员工福利、安全、发展及健康的活动,并给予建议、咨询和真实、恰当的反馈。
Ensures high standards
of personal presentation & grooming.
确保始终都有高标准的形象和仪表。
Ensures and practices
the utmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
