了解“松池”水疗中心的运营理念、优惠活动,并积极推广熟知运营时间和服务设施及服务项目。
Tobe completely aware of SongSpa & Fitness Center activities, and to promote these actively, completelyfamiliar with all spa facility opening and closing hours as well as product andservices offered.
协助回顾与前台接待工作相关的政策和程序,根据需要进行相应变更。
To assist in the review of alladministrative policies and procedures relating to the reception desk,continually looking for methods to improve as required.
保持一贯灵活性、适应水疗和健身中心内不同区域的变换。
To be entirely flexible and adapt torotate within the different sub departments of Spa & Fitness areas.
熟悉酒店所有服务项目和设备设施。
To be fully conversant with all servicesand facilities offered by the Hotel.
根据确定的运营时间保证水疗中心和健身中心按时营业。
Toperform opening and closing procedures established for the Spa and Fitnessareas.
确保水疗中心游泳池、健身房和周围区域的整洁有序。
To ensure that the spa swimming pool,GYM, and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
关注日常消耗品的用量和库存。
To monitor operating supplies andinventory levels.
礼貌并有效地处理所有来自客人的询问和投诉,跟进并敦促解决无法立即处理的投诉,达到客人的满意。
To handle guest enquries in acourteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems tosupervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up withguests.
关注所有设备的状态,将保养需求和维修需求通知助理经理。
Monitor status of all equipment andnotify the Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs Promptly record equipment issues in the logbook isFixtures missing etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel.
向所有客人介绍促销活动。
Promote events and promotions to allguests.
