Provides a summary ofthe aging report required by the Finance and Accounting Division so as toensure all vendors are paid on schedule, enhancing the loyalty of key suppliersof the Hotel, resulting in lower cost per unit.

Checks and ensuresthat all payment are fully supported with authorized purchases (PRs, POs,Delivery Notes, signed Receiving Records, etc) and official invoices beforesubmitting for approval.

Ensures processing ofdaily invoices and preparations of account allocation are accurate.

Batches, posts anddistributes invoices to Department Heads for their approval.

Ensures details ofquantities, unit costs, etc. on regular purchase orders match to those onauthorized purchase requests.

Ensures auditing ofprice and quantity variances as per Receiving Variance Report is done daily.

Checks accuracy ofaccounts allocations of expenses on payment vouchers.

Prepares thedisbursement schedule to the Director of Finance/ Assistant Director of Financefor approval prior to the actual preparation of checks.

Checks and preparespayments and submits them, with their supports attached, for final approval andsignature. Raises and records manual checks for urgent payments.

Ensures all monthlyaccruals for goods and services received, but not invoiced are prepared.
