· Maximizes up sellingopportunities whenever possible.

· Personally handles and activelysupervises the management of key accounts in each of the hotel’s revenuecontributing market segments.

· Where applicable, work closelywith the National Sales Office(s) to assist the team in optimizing revenuegeneration.

· Develops strategies in securingor maintaining a preferred hotel status for global accounts and optimizesrevenue contribution from HPGA, PGA, DGA, TGA accounts at property level.
为全球化收益建立确保及保持公司优化利益,同时优化公司部分HPGA, PGA, DGA, TGA的收益。
· Develops and executes effectivebusiness development strategies that will ensure a continued and sustainableprofitable growth for rooms as well as all revenue centers.
有效的发展商务策略确保房间销售及收益中心的持续性增长。
· Responsible for a continuousassessment of pipeline accounts of each Sales Manager to evaluate its viabilityand potential.
负责对每一位销售经理的收入途径的生存力及潜力进行持续性评估
· Cross sells other Shangri-LaHotels & Resorts.
与其他香格里拉酒店进行交叉销售。
· Attends major travel functionsand promotional events to promote sales (rooms, catering, F&B and otherfacilities and services) for the hotel.
参加主要商务出行及有潜力的会议为酒店提升销售(房间、婚宴,餐饮及其他设施和服务)
· Plans sales trips under the directionand approval of the DOS to major markets and calling on the accounts within thespecific market area.
在销售总监的指导及批准下,对主要市场及特定市场计划进行销售活动及电话销售。
· Analyzes market changes. Under the direction of the DOS and DOBD,implements proactive programs to meet changes, i.e. changes brought about bypolitical, economic or competitive changes in the market place.
分析市场变化。在销售总监及业务发展总监的指导下完成应对变化的销售计划,例如政府,经济活竞争酒店在商场中的变化。
· Maintains a high level ofexposure for the hotel in major market area through direct sales, telephone,fax, and written communication.
通过指导销售,电话,传真及书写沟通维持酒店在主要市场的高曝光率。
· Actively supports andimplements group wide sales initiatives, e.g. Online bookings, AdvancedPurchase, Bonus Choice, Custom Stay, etc.
积极支持及完成团队销售活动,例如:线上预定,提前采购,返利销售,定制销售,等。
· Participates and contributesinformation in the forecasting process to come up with an accurate forecast.
参与并对酒店精确销售预测提供信息。
· Implement sales policies andprocedures of the hotel and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
完成香格里拉集团及酒店销售政策及程序
· Recommends contracted room ratestructure including but not limited to corporate rates, wholesale rates, longstay rates, group rates, etc. ensuring maximum revenue generation.

· Through the use of theMarketing Report Suite (MRS) participates in the development of marketingstrategies for specific accounts or segments

· Conducts site inspection.
进行实地考察。
· Supervises all aspects of familiarization groups including inquiry,coordination, and execution thereof.
监督熟悉组织的各个方面,包括调查,协调和执行。
· Responsible for post-familiarizationgroup follow up such as sending thank you letter and for developing potentialclients database for future business opportunities.

· Handles leads and inquiriesfrom RSOs and follows up accordingly with the events management team.

· Participate actively in theaccounts review meeting chaired by the DOS and attended by the GM & DOSM.

· Keeps abreast of current andfuture competitors’ products, pricing and sales programs and deploy resourcesto efficiently optimize RevPAR and achieve/maintain the leading marketposition.

· Assists the DOS and DOBD todevelop and implement and keep current the various segments of the marketingcommunications plan relating to sales.
协助销售总监及业务发展总监发展并完成保持现有市场沟通计划相关销售的部分。
· Establishes and maintains filesof hit list accounts.
建立并维护公司大账户文档。
· Ensures that the Shangri-LaAccount Management is strictly adhered to,to achieve maximum productivitylevels.
建立及确认所有人员坚持香格里拉集团的管理完成最大的劳动生产率。
· Ensures compliance with SLIMDelphi standards and integrity of database.
· 确保销售团队符合SLIMDelphi标准及数据库的完整性.
· Be familiar with and use thesales & marketing software solutions i.e. Nexus, Meeting Broker, and IDeaSin managing the sales accounts and optimize all revenue opportunities.
熟悉应用市场销售软件的解决方案,例如Nexus, Meeting Broker,销售管理帐户的 Ideas,同时优化所有收益机会。
· Builds positive working relationship with all departments of thehotel; ensures understanding of sales programs and the wants, needs, andexpectations of customers/guests.与酒店其他部门建立良好合作关系,确保了解销售计划,客户的需求及期望。
· Maintains positivecommunication with Regional Sales Offices, National Sales Offices, WRC, otherShangri-La properties and SLIM.

· Maintains active communicationand build teamwork amongst sales team and the other marketing departments, e.g.Events Management, Communication, and Reservations, in order to achievecommitment to the overall sales objective of the hotel.
同销售团队与其它市场部门保持积极沟通并建立团队精神,例如会议销售,公关机预定部完成酒店共同销售目标。
· Maintains open communicationwith DOSM , DOS, and General Manager.
与市场销售总监,销售总监,总经理及酒店其他高级经理保持畅通的沟通。
· Maintains the highest standardsof professionalism and compliance of established guidelines and standardsrelated to the hotel.
保持专业性最高标准,同时符合酒店相关指导原则及标准要求。
· Attends training programs asset by the hotel and departments such as STAR, etc.
参加酒店及部门设置的培训计划,例如STAR等。
· Fully complies with the dresscode and grooming standards and business etiquettes as required by the hotel.
完全遵守酒店要求及商务着装的仪容仪表标准要求。
· To be aware of the hotelhygiene, food and fire safety control and security standards and procedures inhandling complaints or emergency situation
处理投诉及紧急情况时,了解酒店卫生,食品,消防及生命安全标准和程序。
· Be familiar with and comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 andthe hotel’s environment management system (EMS).
熟悉了解ISO 14001的要求及酒店的管理系统。
· Active participation in theimplementation of the hotel’s CSR initiatives on environment through thereduction in the consumption of consumables (electricity, gas, water, officesupplies and others), proper disposal of wastes in accordance with theestablished guidelines.
积极参与酒店的企业社会责任活动,通过减少消耗品使用,(电、气、水、办公室供应品及其他),根据指导方针适当降低浪费。
· To perform other duties as maybe assigned.
处理并完成交任的其他工作任务
· Conducts day to day business and internal/external relations withthe code of conduct and Guiding Principle in mind in the spirit of “One Team,One Way”.
