Ensure that the work
specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly,
accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely.

Ensure good housekeeping
and orderliness in his work area.
保持工作区域干净和整洁。
Ensure that substation
area, electrical rooms, electrical panels are kept clean and orderly.
保持变电站、电控间、配电屏等干净和整洁。
Make sure that all works
done or service on each and every electrical panel and control board are
properly recorded on his logbook and on the equipment record card.
确保所有对配电屏和控制屏所进行的维护保养工作都记录在工作日志和设备档案卡。
When in doubt, consults
the Duty Engineer on duty, SGSTL or the Director of Engineering.
当遇到问题时，可请教领班、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总工程师。
Assist his fellow
workers on other trades, not related to his own work, when necessary.
帮助其他员工一起进行维修工作。
Immediately notify the
Duty Engineer on duty of any unusual occurences on any of the electrical lines,
panels or controls
如任何电缆、电屏和控制器出现问题，就立即向值班工程师报告。
Make sure that all
standard procedures of maintenance is adhered to.
按照标准维护保养程序进行维护。
Render overtimes or
change time schedule as the situation may require.
当工作需要时，要加班或换班。
Trouble- shoots
electrical-related problems within the Hotel.
排除酒店内的与电相关的故障。
Make sure that proper
illumination in and out of the building
are in proper order at all times. Repairs or replaces as needed.
确保大楼内外的照明功况良好，如有需要，马上进行修理或更换。
Switch on lightings in
and out of the building as set schedules.
根据设置好的时间表，开关大楼内外的照明。
Perform other tasks as
may be assigned by the Director of engineering.
执行工程总工程师指派的其它任务。
Respond
to emergency calls and
leads emergency brigade in
containing the situation.
接到紧急召唤后，带领应急小组去处理情况。
versee maintenance and
handling of equipment used.
检查设备维护情况和使用情况。
Ensure timely reporting
of malfunction or maintenance
deficiencies to appropriate area.
及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题。
Attend scheduled
trainings.
参加计划好的培训。
Participate actively in
company- initiated employee activities.
积极参加酒店组织的员工活动。
Adhere to the specified
hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel and area.

Adhere to the set
