一、礼宾服务 Concierge Service
礼貌和友好地接听所有的来电, 并负责准确的转接;
Answering all in-coming calls and connecting correctly;
为客人提供准确的问询服务,宣传酒店产品;
Provide accurate enquiry service, demonstrate hotel product;
认真记录客人需求,迅速落实,及时完成;
Recording the guest's requests, follow up it and make sure done in time;
处理客人叫醒服务,确保准确无误;
Handle wake-up call service;
协助客人拨打内线及外线电话;
Assist the guest to place an internal and external calls;
受理客房点餐或餐饮预订需求;
Provide In-room Dining or outlet reservation service;
充分了解紧急事件处理程序,例如爆炸恐吓、火灾、医疗协助等;
Have a through knowledge of emergency procedures, such as bomb threat, fire alarm, medical assistance, etc.
