一、工作职责
Job responsibilities
1.负责酒店客房和公共区域的清洁与形象,提供优质的对客服务

二、行政管理职责
Administrative duties
1.分配并监督下属工作,安排工作计划.
Assignments and supervising work, work plan.
2.遵守并保证集团的规章制度得以落实,确保酒店提供高标准的服务以达到客人的满意度
Respect and guarantee the Group's rules and regulations can be implemented, ensure that the hotel offers high standards of service to meet our guests' satisfaction.
3.确保部门成本消耗以及员工薪金得以良好的控制。
Ensure a more cost and staff salaries to good control.
4.确保提供高品质的服务和产品
Ensure the provision of high - quality services and products
5.根据需求及时调整人力。
Adjusted according to the demand of manpower
4.根据要求提供各种报告。
Provides a variety of reporting according to requirements.
6.根据酒店发布的指示、规章制度,经常性的召开部门运营会议进行回顾、监督落实或者改进。
According to the hotel with the instructions issued, rules and regulations, operating segment meeting regular to review, monitor implementation or improvement.
7.制定部门的年度预算,并确保部门的经营花费控制在预算之内
Developing annual budgets of the departments, and ensure that the Department of management cost control within budget
8.确保部门员工形象符合标准
Ensure staff images comply with the standards
三、人事职责
Personnel responsibilities
1.确保经常性组织部门内部培训,特别是新入店员工,关注员工的礼貌、效率、服务水准 及岗位知识和技能。
Ensure regular organization of internal training, in particular the new store employees, concerned about the staff's courtesy, efficiency, service standards and job knowledge and skills.
2.关注部门主管人员的领导技巧,确保他们得以按照集团和酒店的计划得以更好的发展机会,产生更多的未来管理人员。
Follow the Department's staff leadership skills, ensure that they are in accordance with Group and hotel plans to better development opportunities, lead to more future managers.
3.通过更好的理解、奖励机制、支持和帮助,确保部门拥有良好的工作氛围。
Better understanding, incentives, support, and help to ensure that departments have a good working atmosphere.
4.确保现有和新入店员工能够按照集团目标得以培训和督导。
Ensure that existing and new store employees to follow group goals are training and supervision
5.在部门内部提倡革新,鼓励员工分享新的观点和工作方法,以提高服务。
In internal promotion of innovation, encourages employees to share new ideas and methods of work, to improve service.
6.确保能够提出和接受关于部门和酒店的建设性的批评建议,以便提高服务水平达到客人的满意。
