SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
1. To prepare employment advertisements according to requirement of vacancy replacement.
根据职位空缺,准备招聘广告。
2. To administer PAF for personnel movement eg. New hires, resignation, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc.
跟进人事变动表的进度,如新聘员工、员工离职、升职、内部调职及开除等。
3. Assist the DHR/HRM to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.
协助人力资源总监或人力资源经理建立和执行酒店的计划。
4. Assist to organize sports, recreation, recognition and other associate functions.
协助酒店组织运动、娱乐、奖励及其他员工活动。
5. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。
6. To assist in conducting employee orientation and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标。
7. Prepare HR monthly staffing and turnover report.
准备月度人事报表和流动率报表。
8. Coordinate activities relating to students trainees such as handling monthly payment, trainee evaluation and organize regular meeting.
协调实习生的工作,如每月津贴发放、评估和定期组织会议。
9. Assists in the recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration and arranging interview at appropriate time.
通过询问求职者情况、登记信息和安排面试,协助招聘程序。
10. Maintains all applications, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions.
保存所有求职简历,筛选并面试合适人选。
11. Ensures that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/ reject letters are sent out 2 weeks from date of receipt.
确保在两周之内给予求职者安排面试或拒绝的信息。
12. Assists in the preparation of recruitment advertisements that reinforces the corporate identity and projects a professional image.
协助准备招聘广告中关于企业介绍和形象的内容。
13. Maintains close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools.
与相关学院和旅游学校保持良好的关系。
14. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensure the compliance of the hotel’s standard requirement.
检查酒店后区以确保酒店标准的执行。
15. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作。
16. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
