1. Assist DOSM to set overall digital and ecommerce direction to help drive room and other related revenues and work on the strategies & action plans to achieve goals on online business.
2. Provide ongoing updates of industry news, trends, issues, site features and best practices to senior hotel management.
3. Work with agency to ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the region and no business-related conflicts.
4. Assist the DOSM to execute and monitor all online advertising campaigns for optimal results.
5. Management of search engine marketing campaigns to drive online exposure to hotel website.
We are looking for someone who:
1. 2 years Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications experience.
2. Must be creative and innovation.
3. Must maintain effective communication between other supporting employees and the management.
4. Must be willing to accept changes and react towards the competition in this industry.
