工作职责：
销售策略制定： 制定并实施符合酒店业务目标的全面销售策略。确定并锁定关键细分市场以推动收入增长。
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s business objectives. Identify and target key market segments to drive revenue growth.
客户关系管理： 与关键客户、企业合作伙伴和旅行社建立并保持牢固的关系。定期举行客户会议、现场视察和社交活动以推广酒店的服务。
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies. Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and networking events to promote the hotel’s services.
销售运营： 监督合同、提案和其他销售文件的准备工作，以确保准确性和专业性。
Sales Operations: Oversee the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other sales documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
与部门合作： 与营销、活动和运营团队密切合作，使销售工作与整体酒店战略保持一致。与财务部门协调以跟踪销售预算和预测收入。
Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to align sales efforts with the overall hotel strategy. Coordinate with the finance department to track sales budgets and forecast revenue.
