工作职责:
销售策略制定: 制定并实施符合酒店业务目标的全面销售策略。确定并锁定关键细分市场以推动收入增长。
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s business objectives. Identify and target key market segments to drive revenue growth.
客户关系管理: 与关键客户、企业合作伙伴和旅行社建立并保持牢固的关系。定期举行客户会议、现场视察和社交活动以推广酒店的服务。
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies. Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and networking events to promote the hotel’s services.
销售运营: 监督合同、提案和其他销售文件的准备工作,以确保准确性和专业性。
Sales Operations: Oversee the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other sales documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
与部门合作: 与营销、活动和运营团队密切合作,使销售工作与整体酒店战略保持一致。与财务部门协调以跟踪销售预算和预测收入。
Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to align sales efforts with the overall hotel strategy. Coordinate with the finance department to track sales budgets and forecast revenue.
绩效监控与报告: 分析销售绩效指标并定期向高级管理层汇报最新情况。确定需要改进的领域并根据需要采取纠正措施。
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
业务发展: 探索新的业务机会和合作伙伴关系,以扩大酒店的市场覆盖范围。随时了解行业趋势并参加贸易展览、会议和活动以推广酒店。
Business Development: Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s market reach. Stay informed about industry trends and attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the hotel.
