1. Responsible for the operational and administrative management of the Food & Beverage department and kitchen, developing and implementing all F&B operational plans.

2. Responsible for achieving the department's revenue and profit targets.

3. Collaborate with the head Chef to plan and design menus, developing food and beverage products that meet local market demands.

4.Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests receive satisfactory F&B products and excellent service.
