3. To attend OperationsMeeting, keep attendance, take meeting minutes and distribute to to allconcerned.
参加运营部门会议,记录出勤情况,并将会议纪要发放至相关人员。
4. To assist the Operationsto set up file system, and have all the files been in a good system.
协助运营部门建立文档管理系统,并做好存档工作。
5. To complete work ordersfor the Operations Departments, deliver to Engineering department to follow upwith the completion of the work orders.
负责书写各运营部门的维修单并将其送至工程部,跟进维修工作的完成。
6. To assist the OperationsHODs to manage the attendance.
协助运营部门负责人跟进考勤的管理。
