工作职责:
1.按时完成希尔顿大学相关课程学习,并确保通过测试。
2.收悉了解酒店产品知识,以及相关活动。
3.以市场销售计划为指导,针对所在市场执行所有销售计划。
4.与负责市场区域的客户建立良好关系,维持客户资料的更新。
5.向客户推荐集团内其他连锁酒店。
6.通过直接拜访,电话销售,发送邮件的方式给他/她负责区域的客户,在发现市场有任何变化时,包括竞争对手所有的信息变更,都要及时反馈信息给业务发展总监/销售部总监/高级销售经理。
Job Description:
1.Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.
2.Receive and understand hotel product knowledge and related activities.
3.Implement all sales action plans related to his / her market area as outlined in the marketing plan.
4.Establish and maintain files on major active accounts within his / her market areas.
5.Promote and produce sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
6.Provide feedback to the Director of Business Development / Director of Sales / Senior Sales Managers / Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone calls and direct mail in his / her market areas.
