【职位描述】
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Abide by the rules and regulations of the department, master professional knowledge, troubleshoot quickly, accurately and efficiently, and provide quality service to guests. Obey the command and dispatch of the supervisor, be responsible for the normal operation and unimpeded and daily maintenance of engineering facilities, equipment and pipelines, and ensure the operation efficiency of facilities, equipment and pipelines
• Assist duty engineer to complete daily work, ensure the normal operation of all system equipment
• Strive to complete the superior guide assigned tasks
• Strictly follow the work procedure, should be accurate, timely, error-free, to ensure the completion of the maintenance list
• Power supply and distribution system equipment maintenance
• TV/telephone system equipment maintenance AV system/access control system /BA control system/building automatic control system maintenance
• Maintenance of customer control system and dimming system
• Hotel plumbing, valves and ancillary maintenance of kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and ancillary facilities
• Gas, oil pipes and other facilities maintenance of air conditioning and exhaust systems and other facilities maintenance fitness sports equipment, entertainment equipment maintenance production of some metal structure of the hotel devices, small plate gold products
• Maintenance of all dirt trucks, dining carts, luggage carts, linen carts, etc
• Self tools and equipment maintenance
• Wind welding, welding, spare parts processing and outsourcing processing

• 遵守员工守则和部门规章制度，熟练掌握专业知识，处理故障快、准、省，为客人提供优质服务。服从督导的指挥、调度，负责工程设施设备、管道的正常运行和畅通及日常维修工作，保证设施设备、管道的运行效率
• 协助值班工程师完成日常工作，确保各系统设备正常运行
• 努力完成上级导布置的各项工作任务
• 严格按工作程序，应做到准确、及时、无误，保证完成维修单
• 供配电系统设备的维修保养
• 电视/电话系统设备的维修保养
• AV系统/门禁系统/BA控制系统/楼宇自控系统的维修保养
• 客控系统的维修保养
• 调光系统的维修保养
• 酒店给排水系统管道、阀门及辅助的维修保养
• 厨房设备、洗衣房设备及辅助设施的维修保养
• 煤气、油管等设施的维修保养
• 空调及排风系统等设施的维修保养
• 健身运动器材、娱乐器械的保养
• 制作酒店内一些金属结构器件、小型板金制品
• 所有土车、餐车、行李车、布草车等维修保养
• 自我工具设备的维修保养
• 维修中进行风焊、电焊、零配件加工及外协加工
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Previous experience is an asset
• Applicants with relevant operating certificates is an asset
• Engineering major and certification is an asset
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional squats, push-pulls, and lifts
• Go up and down ladders, stairs and ramps occasionally
• Can adapt to shift work
