Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Ensure company policies and procedures and comply with company operating standards
•Through training and learning to be able to better customer basic service work
•Observe and conform to the requirements of etiquette, courtesy and code of conduct
•Establishes a courteous and friendly working atmosphere with guests and colleagues
•Obey the work arrangement of department and superior
•To perform other duties when required by supervisor

•通过培训学习能较好的进行对客基础服务工作。

•Hard-working, willing to engage in customer service work

•Internship require no less than 6 months
•Understand and anticipate the needs of guests, be considerate and take ownership.

Your team and working environment:
Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel. The hotel opened its door on December 21,
2016.
