Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently professional, friendly and attentive service
• Leads and supervises day-to-day operations to ensure that guest concerns are addressed in accordance with service standards
• And respond quickly, logging in and notifying the appropriate area
• Actively participate in daily situation reports, daily warm-ups and departmental meetings
• Ensure that housekeeping staff are given daily accountability for the priorities within their service areas
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Report the necessary repair items
• Follow all safety and environmental hygiene policies
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• A high Chinese or equivalent diploma is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management position in a hotel room service environment
• Superb training skills
• Experience in using a hotel management system and Micros-Fidelio is preferred
• Take the initiative to be meticulous
• Excellent organizational, management and communication skills
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly
• Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate and select across a wide range of action options
• Ability to do well in stressful, stressful environments

Your team and working environment:
Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel. The hotel opened its door on December 21, 2016.
