Periodic market survey, works on the sale of Fitness Center Membership, make the sale plan and achieve the target.

· Interview, train and evaluate the Fitness Center& Spa team
负责健身中心和水疗人才的面试、培训和评估。
To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.

· Involve in and work onthe maintenance plan of facilities, sign the maintenance contract with thesupplied if necessary
参与并制定设备的维护保养计划,必要时和设备供应商签订维保合同。
· Watch on the efficiency and profit of Health Cluband Spa, find out the problem and report to the Director of Operations todiscuss and settle the problems, provide related information to the seniormanagement

· Possess knowledge about all aspect of SPA and thefacility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are respondedto with complete details.

To be responsible for the administration of goods, requisition, inventories, and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets.
负责物品的管理领用,存货及盘点,有效节约所有的部门相关物资及资产的使用。
· Ensures that Brand Standards are met or exceeded atall times, in the spa and fitness center all areas designed for well-being activities.
确保任何时候在水疗中心、健身中心所有区域内人才自身行为需符合酒店品牌标准或做得更好
· Development good relationship with hotel guests andHealth Club members, help them select proper gym instructor and work out theexercise plan
发展与酒店客人、会员的良好的关系,为会员选择健身课教练并制定课程计划。
· Maintains current CPR, First Aid certifications,attends health & safety courses
具备心肺复苏证书,急救证书,参加健康和安全课程。
· To ensure that all shortfalls in terms of overallappearance, maintenance, hygiene and safety are addressed with the help ofrelevant departments if needed.
必要时确保相关部门协助解决整体外观,维修,卫生及安全等问题。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Certified in first-aid training courses and swimming life-saving certificate
通过急救培训课程认证及专业游泳救生证
Proficient in various office software and developed training materials
熟练掌握各种办公软件,独立开发培训资料
· Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) with fluent English communicationskills.
普通话说写能力熟练,流利的英文交流能力
Strong knowledge of all spa treatments, services fitness services and retail products available in the Spa & Fitness Department.
掌握丰富的水疗服务、健身知识及水疗产品信息
· Demonstrated ability to interact with guests,employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, then brand andthe Company.
具有能代表酒店,与客人,人才及第三方之间沟通的能力。
· At least 5 years workingexperience in international five-star hotel including 2 years working experience as a fitness center or SPAmanager experience.
至少五年以上国际五星级酒店工作经验,包括2年健身及水疗中心经理工作经验
