Responsible for the Chinese restaurant, the implementation of the various periods of work task.
负责中餐厅,落实各个时期的工作任务。
To establish Chinese restaurant service specification and working system and ensure the implementation.
制定中餐厅服务工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
Assist f&b manager to establish the catering marketing plan and strategy.
协助餐饮部经理制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
Supervise employees in accordance with the standards of customer service, the employees performance evaluation, implement the system of rewards and punishments.
监督员工按照规范标准对客服务,对员工进行绩效评估,实施奖惩制度。
Handle guest complaints, and constantly improve the quality of service.
处理宾客的投诉,不断改善服务质量。
Pay special attention to the equipment maintenance, strict material management system, completes the restaurant safety and fire prevention work.
抓好设备设施的维修保养,严格物资管理制度,做好餐厅安全和防火工作。
According to the different season, customers provide Suggestions for special menu for the kitchen.
根据季节差异、客源情况为厨房制定特色菜单提供建议。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
College degree or above, 5 years working experience in brand hotel. Or high-end Chinese restaurant, or similar position working experience for the same position more than 2 years.
专科以上学历,5年以上品牌酒店或中餐厅工作经验,2年以上同岗位或类似岗位工作经验。
Warm and friendly, helpful, positive, serious and responsible.
热情友好,乐于助人,积极主动,认真负责。
Proficient in Chinese business knowledge, mastering the skills of Chinese food.
精通中餐的业务知识,熟练掌握中餐的技能技巧。
Has the strong ability of social activities, organization and leadership ability to work and practical work ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese food department management personnel at all levels.
具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力;善于调动中餐部各级管理人员的积极性。
