· Ensure thatthe day-to-day administrative needs of the department are fulfilled.

· To ensure theefficient administration of the Executive Office.

· Perform theduties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within theHotel’s internal regulations.

· To assistdirectly the General Manager and EAM in his responsibilities.
协助总经理及行政助理经理的工作。
· Keep confidentialinformation CONFIDENTIAL.
确保信息的保密。
· Responsiblefor rendering secretarial and clerical services for the General Manager and EAMas required.
根据总经理及行政助理经理的要求提供秘书服务。
· To record andtranscribe minutes of meetings.
记录并编译会议纪要。
· To preparerespective schedules and reports that will be internally distributed orsubmitted to Accor Head Office laid down by the General Manager.
准备由总经理制定的分发给各部门的时间表及报表,并提交给雅高集团总部。
· To draftroutine or simple correspondence as assigned.
起草日常信件或指派信件的提纲。
· To take downand transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing anddictation from General Manager and EAM, etc.
负责会议记录如早会简要和总经理及行政助理经理的命令等。
· To typecorrespondence, memorandums, circulars, report etc.
打印信函,备忘录和报告等。
· To preparecorrespondence such as fax, letter, memo, complimentary voucher, etc asassigned with a coding system for tracking.
做一些通讯工作,如传真、信函、备忘录、免费券等的分配并设置代码系统进行追踪。
· Toopen/dispatches mail relative to the division.
按照部门分发信件。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· College degree or above.
大专以上学历
· 2 years orabove Secretary experience. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star internationalhotels
两年以上四星或五星级国际品牌酒店文秘工作的经验
· Fluent oraland written English.
有良好的英语能力
