Primary Responsibilities

Ensures sufficient stock of items in swimming pool areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, and amenities.

Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas.

To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.

To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.

Check the water quality of the swimming pool regularly every day and record it.

To attend to all malfunctioning equipment and follow ups. Issue work order for
maintenance issues.
注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜。
Good command of rescue equipment and rescue skills. Master first aid skills and emergency medical procedures.
熟练运用救生器材和救生技巧，掌握急救技巧和紧急医疗程序。
Before the emergency medical service ready to care and simple disposal.

Follows Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Ensures adherence to Hotel’s Code of Ethics.

Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Update rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship at all time, requests and enquiries on hotel services.

Maintain of the guest service experience/personalization.

To be vigilant and perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety in all “wellbeing” equipment and facilities are kept in a perfect working condition, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for the guests, as well as a safe working environment for team members.
