工程部主管 Team Leader – Engineering

工作描述 Job Description:
1. 监督所有的维护保养工作，确保主机房按照营运要求持续不断的有效运作。
Supervises all maintenance activities to ensure the “Primary Plant” provides continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
2. 根据既定时间表开展并监督定期客房维修计划。
Carries out and supervises the regular Guestroom Servicing Program according to the established schedule.
3. 亲自监督所有危险的工作，确保所有雇员严格按照安全操作程序进行。
Personally supervises all hazardous work and ensures all safety regulations are being strictly observed by all associates.
4. 负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。
Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants and electricity generators, electric lights& powers, ,telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system.
5. 收到维修单或电话通知要尽快安排在班内完成维修任务。如班上解决不了的可转交给下一个班去完成。
Receives repair works in his shift to be done by M. R. form or by telephone call and rectifies as soon as possible if the job cannot be done or finished within his time schedule. M.R. must be transferred to the next shift for completion or rectification.
任职资格 Qualification:
1. 技能要求：具有电气、空调、锅炉、机械及管道等方面的专业知识；计算机能力良好。
Technical ability：Outstanding specialized knowledge of electric， air conditioning， boiler， mechanical etc, good computer capacity.
2. 工作经验：1年以上同岗位工作经验。（国际联号工作经验优先）
Work experience：1 year similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority）
3. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神。
Strong aspiration，sense of responsibility and team spirit.
