工程部技工 Technician

工作描述 Job Description：
1. 按照制定的计划时间表开展客房服务和维护保养工作并高质量的完成工作。
Carry out guestroom servicing/ maintenance works according to the established schedule and high quality of finishing work.
2. 运用正确的工具和物料完成工作。
Maintain trolley with proper tools and materials to complete duties.
3. 立即报告领班工作中遇到的困难。
Report immediately to Team Leader any difficulties in completing jobs.
4. 完成各种报修并保证维修质量和效率。
Finish repair works and ensure quality and efficiency.
5. 确保工程部储物室的物资存货充足，并严格控制材料和库存的消耗。
Maintains the Engineering store and keeps close control on consumption of material and inventory.
6. 将零件及消耗品采购申请提交领班/工程师。
Submits request to the Team Leader/ Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Finish other work from leaders.
任职资格 Qualification:
1. 技能要求：具有一定的专业知识或相关证书；计算机能力良好
Technical ability：some specialized knowledge or related certificates：good computer capacity
2. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神
Strong aspiration，sense of responsibility team spirit.
