工作描述 Job Description:
1. 无论客人在游泳还是在休息，都必须在游泳池边站岗。需离开工作岗位时，必须获得直属上司的批准方可离开工作岗位。将所有注意力集中在客人身上，当危险情况发生时，及时营救以确保客人的安全。
If pool area have guest, life guard must always stand by in the pool area. When life guard need to leave the pool, must get approval from manager. Pay all attention on guest safety, if guest in dangerous, must rescue guest to ensure safety.
2. 严格遵守游泳池的规章制度，客气地阻止客人跳水和奔跑，防止非酒店客人进入游泳池区域休息或拍照。应特别注意16岁以下儿童需在家长或成人的带领下进入游泳池区域。
Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the swimming pool and politely stop guests diving and run, prevent the hotel guests enter the pool area rest or take photos. Should pay special attention to children under the age of 16 should be under the guidance of parents or adults entering the pool area.
3. 清晰的讲解并确保客人遵守安全和卫生规定以及相关设备的使用。
Clear explanation to comply with the requirements of the safety and health and ensure that the guest and the use of related equipment.
4. 确保所有营救设备处于良好的状态以达到安全标准。
Ensure all rescue equipment is in good condition in order to achieve safety standards.
5. 熟悉酒店设施及各项服务。
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
6. 保持泳池设备和周围区域设施的良好状态。
Must upkeep all pool equipment in and around the deck.
7. 确保泳池设备的恰当使用。
Makes optimum use of the pool equipment.
8. 了解游泳池的营运状况，当没有任何客人使用游泳池时，可以被安排其他工作。
Understand the performance of the swimming pool, when there is no any guest use the swimming pool, can be arrange other work.
任职资格 Qualification：
1. 文化程度：中专及以上
Education background: technical secondary school or above，
2. 技能要求： 持有救生证及急救证书，并具有水中救援技术和人工呼吸技术。
Hold rescue and first aid certificates, and have the water rescue technology and artificial respiration.
3. 工作经验：有相关岗位工作经验（国际联号工作经验优先）
Work experience：related position working experience（work experience in international chain hotel as priority）
