保安部主管 Team Leader-Security

工作描述Job Description：
1、保证酒店内所有人员的人身安全和财产安全，确保酒店安全的经营环境。
Ensure the personal safety and property safety of all personnel in the hotel and ensure the hotel's safe operating environment
2、遵循所有安全政策和方针，确保每位保安人员明确其工作职责。
Follow all safety policies and guidelines to ensure that each security personnel is clear about their job duties.
3、做好酒店员工的安全培训。
Conduct safety training for hotel staff
4、巡视所有区域并做好详细记录，避免安全事故发生。
Patrol all areas and keep detailed records to avoid safety incidents
任职资格Qualification：
1、高中以上学历或具有同等学历。
High school diploma or equivalent
2、有同档酒店保安工作3年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训，有一定的管理经验。
At least 3years working experience as a security guard in the same hotel, trained as a security guard in the hotel, with certain management experience
3、熟悉有关安全保卫工作知识，有较强理解与判断能力，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。
Familiar with the security work knowledge,have strong understanding and judgment ability,clear-headed, handle affairs quickly, have the language organization ability,good expression.
