· Providespecial expertise and handle all repair and maintenance of Audio and Video,PABX, CCTV, CATV, fire equipment and all weak voltage related work & activities

· Responsiblefor servicing and attending to repairs on various types of electronic equipmentsuch as Amplifiers, Microphones, Loudspeakers, Tape and Video recorders and allothers weak voltage equipment and facilities
负责对各种类型的电子设备，如，功放、麦克风、扬声器、录音和录像机及所有其他弱电设备和设施提供维修和相关服务
· Carries outrepair and maintenance on Audio and Video panels and equipment.
对音频和视频面板和设备进行修理和维护
· InstallsAudio and Video equipment in ballroom/ function rooms and guest rooms onrequest.

· Operatesaudio, video and TV equipment as requested

· Attends toall types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including anynew additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained bythe Hotel.

· Participatesin Hotel Energy Conservation Program.

· Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasksoutlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction ofthe Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.

· Responsiblefor servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such aslaundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioningequipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewagetreatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV,telephone, TV, fire lives and safetyequipment & system.
负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、CCTV、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。
