Job Summary:
Develop and implement adynamic hotel sales strategy that remains adaptable and strategically sound.Foster strong communication channels with the global sales center, local marketsales teams, and customer service partners. Lead the sales team in proactively attractingnew clients through diverse channels, including newspapers, magazines, onlineplatforms, and social media. Ensure that each sales team member engages in adesignated number of impactful sales activities daily through effectivesupervision and guidance. Additionally, oversee the operations of the MarketingCommunication department to guarantee that daily workflows are managedefficiently and effectively.
Experience:
a) Minimum 8 years of sales and/or customer service experience at aninternational/Luxury hotel; 3 years related position experience
b) Be able to set business strategy and adjust timely according to marketchanges
c) Be able to handle different market conditions and solve problems timelyand effectively under the conditions set by the hotel
d) Proficient in English and Chinese,Good education background, bachelor degree preferred
e) Good marketing skills
f) Good communication skills
g) Sharp observation
h) Strong team work spirit
i) Result oriented, strain capacity,Optimistic attitude
