12. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel inmajor market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and writtencommunications.

13. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outsidecatering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.

14. Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet& F&B revenue.
