5.协助销售经理完成市场调研、竞品分析及销售报告撰写。
6.沟通力强,协调酒店内部各部门资源,确保销售方案的顺利实施。
1. Utilize short videos and visual content to promote the hotel to local residents, business travelers, and vacationers, aiming to enhance brand awareness, increase room-night sales, and grow private community engagement. Report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience operating TikTok or Little Red Book accounts in the local lifestyle sector, with a preference for candidates having hotel or cultural tourism-related cases.
3. Proficient in video editing and experienced in paid traffic promotion.
4. Strong sense of internet trends, with quick responsiveness to hot topics, BGM, and memes; possess a keen aesthetic sensibility.
5. Assist the Sales Manager in completing market research, competitor analysis, and sales report preparation.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across various hotel departments to ensure the smooth implementation of sales strategies.
