Coordinates activities of dining room personnel toprovide fast and courteous service to guests: Schedules dining reservations andarranges parties or special services for diners. She ensures that the meals andbeverages provided in a restaurant are served in the most welcoming manner.Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items(cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of allpre booked menu and special menu requests of the guests.
