Prepare and arrange the food in the menus of the restaurant outlets, in
accordance with hotel request and standards. Maintain the orders of department,
hygiene and equipment which serving as a guide to respective staff. 根据要求和标准对餐厅里菜单上的食品进行准备及摆设的工作,并起到一定的指引作用,维护部门里的秩序,卫生情况及设备。
