·Prepare
all dim sum dishes according to the prescribed recipes and specifications and
ensure that the portion size, quality and presentation of the dishes conform to
the standard.
按照规定的食谱和标准准备点心，确保每份点心的规格质量以及卖相。
·Check
the required mise-en-place according to the prescribed recipes and
specifications and prepare store requisitions for supervisor’s approval.
根据规定菜谱和规格检查所需的材料，征得上级同意准备储存征用。
·Assist
in creating new dishes and prepare sample tasting for management.
协助创作菜肴，并准备品尝样品。
·Ensure
the proper handling and storage of raw and cooked food as so to keep spoilage
to a minimum.
确保妥善处理和储存生熟食物，以保持最低限度的腐败。
