1.Direct and control all subordinate associate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met

2. Provide guidance and assistance to associates helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
提供指导和帮助,帮助每个部门员工执行他们的责任和义务。
3. Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations
监督员工服务标准，确保对客标准符合满足所需或超越顾客的期望。
4. Liase with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bars, Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility
与厨房、厅面、酒吧、客房、工程沟通,以确保运营顺利。
5. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities.
协助制定和执行促销活动。
6. Maximise revenue in the outlet by implementing upselling procedures
在厅面实施促销计划确保利润最大化。
7.  Assist in monitoring and controlling the financial performance of the outlet controlling costs and expenses

8. Assist in monitoring and controlling the hotel’s OE inventory and participate in inventory taking

9. Assist in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed

10. Assist in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate associates

14. Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

15. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

16. Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
