1. Manages and monitors the operation of all computer hardware, ensures all systems are working and installed properly, and serves as the primary contact for servicing the computer hardware.
监管所有电脑硬件的运行，保证所有系统正确安装和运行，并以责任人的身份负责电脑硬件的管理。
2. Responsible and cooperation with other departments which used the computer system.  
负责并与其它电脑系统使用部门协调关于电脑操作系统方面的事宜。
3. Responsible for resolution of computer failures and problems for each system.
负责及时解决电脑系统中出现的故障和问题。
4. Establish the ICT associates  Job Responsibility，contingency plan for hotel emergence situation. Supervise the underling staffs to obey the rules.
制定电脑房人员的岗位职责及在酒店紧急状态下的应急措施，并督导属下认真执行。
5. Check the hotel system data backup, to ensure safe and effective preservation of data.
检查酒店各系统数据备份, 确保数据的安全和有效保存。
6. Set up the archives for each system. Be responsible for the management of the archives.
设立各系统的档案，并负责档案的管理。
7. Master hotel all computer application system (including Separate computer and server operating system, database, application by the front desk and background management software, door card system, the related hardware and software and hardware system of the future) commonly used methods for operation and maintenance, especially the emergency system maintenance.
掌握本酒店所有计算机应用系统（包括单机及服务器操作系统、所应用的数据库、前后台管理软件、门卡系统、相关硬件设备及未来的软硬件系统等）常用操作及维护方法，特别是系统的应急维护。
8. Seriously to do the daily maintenance of hardware and software system, the maintenance and inspection work, found that the problem can handle in time, ensure the normal operation of the system 24 hours, ensure that legitimate users to log in.
认真做好软硬件系统的日常维护、保养、巡检工作，发现问题能及时处理，保证系统二十四小时正常运行，保证合法用户顺利登录。
9. Safety guarantee system, strictly control the internal operator accounts and permissions, check the system whether infection with a virus or illegal invasion, in case the system is broken.
保证系统安全性，严格控制内部操作人员账号及权限，随时检查系统是否感染病毒或有非法入侵，以防系统被破坏。
10. Acquire enough knowledge on the development of computers. Make positive suggestions for the construction of the hotel computer system.
了解和掌握IT业的发展动态，为酒店电脑系统的管理提出有效的建议。
11. Ensures that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is performed as required.
保证所有系统都签有恰当的维护合同。
12. Continually keeps informed of BTHR-approved systems and technology that may contribute to improve hotel efficiency.
及时跟进悦榕集团批准的能提高酒店管理效率的新系统和技术。
13. Love the job, have a strong sense of responsibility, to accept the leadership of the manager.
