岗位职责
1.Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
向厨房帮工提供指导方向,包括厨师,厨房服务员和管事部人员
2.Prepares, cooks, serves and stores all the dishes
准备,制作,服务和存储所有的菜
3.Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
建立和维护有效的员工的工作关系
4. Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
准备提前食品,饮料,材料和服务所需的设备
5. Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
清理和重新设置其工作区
6. Works with Supervisor in manpower planning and management needs
与其上级一起完成人力规划和管理需求工作
7. To attend any training sessions as directed by the Executive chef, To adapt to the work of any kitchen for improve own skill. If any kitchen need assist, should arrange staff cooperate to make sure the operation smooth.
参加由行政总厨直接进行的培训,可适应任何厨房的工作以便使自己更加进步. 如果有其他厨房需要协助,应当主动安排员工在适合的情况下积极配合以保证酒店运营

- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:熟练
