Responsibilities 工作职责
The Houseman is responsible to deliver beverage or other stuff to guest rooms, and provide guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the Standards,guidelines and policies established by Four Seasons International and by the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and the hotel in order to ensure friendly,efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.
客房送递员的职责是送递饮品和其他物品到客房，遵循四季集团和酒店的标准，方针和政策为顾客服务，力争创造友善的，有效的和令顾客满意的服务环境。
Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.High School education or equivalent experience；
2.Pleasant and Friendly;Work independently; Able to take ownership and initiative；
3.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.

2.友好的，能够独立工作并具有主动意识；
3.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
