1. The ability to offer guests an enjoyable,expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness;
2. The ability to as certain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved;
3. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1. College education and above;
2. Minimum one year food service or related work;
3.Intermediate English ability;
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.大专及以上学历;
2.至少一年餐饮服务工作经验;
3.中等英语能力;
4.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
