Responsibilities
工作职责
1. The ability to offer guests an enjoyable,expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness；
2. The ability to as certain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved；
3. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
1. 给客人一个令人满意的专业餐饮体验，遵循四季的优秀标准保证质量、专业性和友好性；
2. 确保客人满意的能力，处理问题之后通知经理解决方案；
3. 与同事和管理层工作协调、专业。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1. College education and above；
2. Minimum one year food service or related work；
3.Intermediate English ability；
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.大专及以上学历；
2.至少一年餐饮服务工作经验；
3.中等英语能力；
4.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
